FERPA

Our staff is bound by the Family Educational Rights and 隐私 Act (FERPA). When a student reaches the age of 18, or begins attending a post-secondary institution regardless of age, FERPA rights transfer to the student. 因此, with the exception of a crisis situation, 在FERPA允许的范围内，教务处只在需要知道的基础上分享学生关注的信息. 您可以通过三种方式合法地访问学生的教育记录:

If you are joining us at orientation, check-in will begin at 9:00am and the day will conclude around 5:30pm. Your student will be emailed with more specific information, including parking options, prior to your orientation. 我们鼓励您与您的学生就迎新日进行对话!

  1. Is housing provided at orientation? Unfortunately, housing is not provided on campus for orientation. You can find a list of places to stay in the area by visiting the 招生 website. 
  2. What is the nearest bank to campus? Bank of America ATMs are available on campus. The nearest branch bank is 桑坦德银行, which is a five minute walk from the JFK/马塞诸斯州大学的 MBTA station.
